  • Basic Palm Readings: The analysis is typically generated and displayed within the PalmSage application interface within a few minutes after image submission.
  • Detailed Palm Readings: After payment confirmation and submission of required details (like birth date/time), the comprehensive AI analysis is generated. This process may take several minutes. The completed reading will be accessible on your user dashboard within the application.
  • Palm Guru Chat Sessions: Access to the chat feature is enabled immediately after successful payment for the chat service. You can start your session as per the duration specified at the time of purchase.

3. No Physical Shipping or Charges

As our services are entirely digital, there are no physical products to ship. Consequently, no shipping charges, handling fees, or customs duties apply. Delivery is electronic and occurs through the application.

4. Accessing Your Services

You can access your purchased readings and chat sessions by logging into your PalmSage account on our website or application. Your reading history, including any purchased detailed analyses and chat transcripts (if saved), are typically stored and accessible via your user dashboard.

5. Service Availability & Confirmation

We strive to ensure our services are available 24/7. However, there may be occasional downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We will endeavor to minimize any disruption. You will typically receive an on-screen confirmation after a successful purchase, and your services will be made available as described above.
