1. Service Overview
PalmSage provides digital AI-powered palm reading services and chat features. Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate access to insights upon purchase, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows.
2. Cancellation
For any purchased reading or chat session, once the payment is processed and the service is initiated (e.g., detailed reading generation starts, or chat session becomes active), it generally cannot be cancelled by the user. The resources for generating AI analysis are committed once the process begins.
3. Refunds
Generally, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for our digital services once they have been accessed or used, or once the AI generation process has commenced. This includes but is not limited to:
- Detailed Palm Readings once the AI analysis process has started or the reading has been delivered.
- Palm Guru Chat sessions once initiated or any portion of the session time has been used.
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A verifiable technical error on our part that demonstrably prevented you from receiving or accessing the purchased service.
- Accidental duplicate charges for the same service due to a system error.
To request a refund under such exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team at support@palmsage.inwithin 7 days of the purchase. Your request must include:
- Your registered email address or user identifier.
- Date of purchase and transaction ID (if available).
- A clear explanation of the issue and why you are requesting a refund.
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots of errors).
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these criteria or if the service was utilized. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days, subject to payment processor timelines.
4. Service Interruption
If a service is interrupted or unavailable due to unforeseen technical issues on our end for an extended period after purchase, we will endeavor to restore service or may offer appropriate compensation, such as service credit, at our discretion.
